UBmail IMAP Password setup form

Use this form to setup your UBmail IMAP password.

You will need your current UBNet ID (user name) and password to successfully setup the IMAP password. If you do not know either of them (or both) you will have to request a password reset. Click HERE to go to the UBNet password reset form.

You will be able to use your IMAP password after 90 minutes. Your IMAP password should be at least 8 characters long, mixed case, and it should NOT consist of a proper name, single dictionary word, or any piece of personal data (birthday, phone number, etc.). The requirements for a password are:

• The UBmail IMAP password must NOT be the same as UBNet Password.
• The password must be at least 8 characters in length.
• The password must contain at least one numeric character.
• The password can contain any combination of the characters a-z, A-Z, 0-9 and - @ # $ *. No other special characters are allowed.
• The password is case sensitive (lower/upper case are different).
